Registration for the State Leadership Conference and Area Leadership Conference, will be online. Advisers must request their conference registration password through the support ticket system, please do not email for your password. Questions regarding individual Area Conference registrations should be directed to the Area Conference coordinator.

The State Leadership Conference will be held from April 10 - 12 at the Wyndom Greenspoint Hotel in Houston. Registration for the State Conference will run through the end of February. Documents for the State Conference can be downloaded here:
The following bylaw ammendments which were recommended by the board of directors will be voted on at the second general session. An ammendment to the bylaws requires a 2/3 majority to pass.

The hotel rates are as followes.
- Single = $85 + 11% tax
- Double = $95 + 11% tax
- Triple = $110 + 11% tax
- Quad = $125 + 11% tax
